We will file your case in any of the courts located in our HOME SERVICE AREA next business day, guaranteed (unless court requirements do not allow filings on certain days).
Same-day rush filings also available upon request, if request is made in our office before 12 pm on a normal court business day.

Sometimes it is necessary to obtain copies of documents from a court file. This is often a challenge, especially for those in other areas or states.
Not to worry, we can help!
In order to request this service, please provide us with the following information:
-Court Name and location
-Court case number
-Name of document and date which you are needing
We will provide quote, which includes court fees for copies
We can return documents to you electronically, via courier/USPS, or both.
About Court Filing
Please note
When requesting document retrieval service, you will be responsible for the ACTUAL TIME we spend looking for the document in the file. In addition, you will pay any additional costs for copying, and courier (FedEX, UPS, USPS, DHL) services of the original certified copies to you.
If you have a corporate or other account with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or UPS, please advise us. We will make every effort to use your shipping label and courier of choice.
When requesting this service, we will advise you of all costs, and you will pay for the service in full PRIOR to any documents being retrieved. This includes fees for copies from court, as well as fees to certify copies by the court clerk.
If you only need copies which are not certified, we do offer the option to receive your court documents electronically from our office. For more information, speak to our office.
